Overcome:
1.Normal AG control standards, are directly Cover Glass surface parameters control,there is no relevant parameter experience for the finished product after bonding,as a result, the product parameters only control the parameters of Cover Glass,the actual product parameters are far from the customer requirements,after repeated verification tests,finally, it determines which parameters of Cover Glass can meet the required parameters of finished products.
2.Etching AG products,complex process control,for each batch, one parameter change may affect the parameter change of the product,but if only gloss parameters are monitored, they may not be controlled well. After verification test, a series of parameters are determined, which require etching AG Cover Glass and must be met.
